KADOYA was opened as "an easy-to-access gallery/atelier that anyone can look into'' and "a miscellaneous goods store.''

A mixture of domestic and foreign interior goods, kitchenware, clothing, antiques, and works were exhibited and sold. I also undertook the production of handmade books and self-publishing.
