"KADOYA studio" as a general store.
In early 2000, while doing art activities in galleries and museums, I was thinking about ways to eliminate the gap between art and everyday life.
One day, while looking for a new studio, I found an old empty house.
After that, I started to create a space like a general store called 'KADOYA studio' with one of my friends.
The project had three pillars.

About the logo
The back eye looks back to the past,
the front eye looks forward to the future,
and the two eyes look forward to the present.
The logo represents the Confucius' Analects of "Gain new insights through re-study of old materials".
